Zuckerhütl Day Trip

The cable car of the Stubaier glacier ski resort will take us to the starting point of our tour. After a short initial descend we will skin up and ascend towards the Pfaffenjoch from where we’ll step onto the Sulzenau glacier. Crossing the glacier the view opens up towards the South while we continue to climb towards the peak of the Zuckerhütl. If conditions are right we will leave the skis on the glacier and climb the peak. After a break we can look forward to the long descend down the Sulzenau glacier. A short final ascent will take us back across the ridge from where we ski back down to the parking lot.
