Are you fascinated by going off-piste and ski powder? This course will improve your ability and confidence as a backcountry skier or snowboarder. To that affect, this program focuses on teaching you the right technique for skiing or snowboarding powder. We will spend 60% of the time on the groomers to improve your technique and will then put it in action and spend some time in powder.

A single day all-mountain guide will take you to the special parts of the Stubaier Gletscher ski resort including steeps, chutes, glades and snow stashes, and will also teach mountain awareness and safe terrain management techniques. You are a well-versed skier on groomers as well as in off-piste terrain. In addition you got basic knowledge on risk management in off-piste terrain? With one of our local guides you will explore the backcountry of the Stubaier glacier. Hike and ride – we will tackle short ascends in order to find beautiful ski descends. It's the perfect way to find the best spots on the mountain while picking up some tips along the way.
